...was originally founded in Frankfurt Am Main, Germany in 1993. ELI Design started as a Real Estate Brokerage but quickly expanded into the Design and Construction Industry.
Especially in Germany being at the forefront of sustainable renovation and redevelopment of historical buildings and newly constructed residential homes by being one of the founding members of a governmental subsidized union of companies. We are specialized in sustainable and well thought out as well as designed residential homes customized to those who enjoy fine - or as we like to call it - "Haute Living".
