The ARCH CHAIR is Martin Hirth's delicate interpretation of a leather chair. Its puristic frame and the stretched leather surface create its archetypal appearance. The metal arches are designed to offer a high level of comfort thanks to their slightly springy effect. Vegetable-tanned cowhide made from one piece forms the seamlessly merging seat and back surface. Its special suspension allows for different sitting positions and individual adjustment to the body. The approximately 3mm thick core leather is folded over on the armrests and the backrest and sewn in the color of the leather. Each natural leather surface has its own character, is dyed through in the barrel and processed open at the edges. The fine arches and the plate base made of matt powder-coated steel can be rotated towards each other.
